Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Watson & Young Law pricing fees are presented transparently during the initial complimentary consultation. Services may be billed at different rates depending on the type and complexity of your legal issue. Payment terms, methods accepted (credit card, ACH transfer or check) and retainer requirements will be disclosed to you before engagement of services. Refunds are not typically offered once service has begun, unless required by law or specifically enumerated in your engagement agreement. Client Responsibilities

As a client of Watson & Young Law, you must:

  • Respond promptly to communications and requests for documents

  • Pay all amounts owed as set forth in your engagement agreement

Failure to comply with these requirements may slow or hamper the provision of legal services or lead to suspension or termination of representation.

Limitation of Liability
